What is Kira Jewellery made of?

All our pieces are crafted from high-quality 925 sterling silver, gold plating, and other premium materials. Each item’s description lists exact materials so you know exactly what you’re wearing.

Will my jewellery tarnish?

All silver naturally oxidises over time — but with a little care (see our Care Guide), your Kira will stay sparkling. Gold-plated pieces can last longer if you avoid perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

How do I clean my jewellery?

For a quick glow-up, use a soft cloth and gently wipe. For a deeper clean, dampen the cloth in lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap, rub gently, rinse, and pat dry.

Is my jewellery water-resistant?

We recommend avoiding direct contact with water to maintain shine and longevity. Occasional splashes are fine, but remove your pieces before swimming, showering, or working out.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! We offer a \[6-month] warranty against manufacturing defects. This doesn’t cover wear and tear, tarnishing, or damage from improper care.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and our support team will arrange a replacement or fix the issue.

Can I return or exchange my jewellery?

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within \[5days] of delivery, provided the jewellery is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
