Prepaid Orders

  • Pre-Order Products: For pre-order items, the estimated shipping time will be mentioned under the product description tab.

  • Free Shipping: All prepaid orders come with a flat fee of INR 100 shipping.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery within 7–8 business days.

  • Refund Deduction: In case of a return, ₹100 shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • Shipping Timeline: COD orders are shipped within 3–4 business days. Tracking details will be shared via Email and WhatsApp.

  • Shipping Charges: COD orders carry an additional ₹100 charge, applied at checkout. This amount is non-refundable.

  • Refund Deduction: For returns, a ₹100 shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, in addition to the non-refundable COD fee.

International Orders

  • Shipping charges are calculated at actuals for international orders.

  • Any applicable customs duties or import taxes must be borne by the customer.
